What are the roles?

• Join Müller’s Legal team for a 13-month placement where you’ll work alongside qualified solicitors on a wide range of legal and compliance matters — all while contributing to a business that’s passionate about quality, innovation, and people.
• Müller is seeking talented and driven placement students to join our HR team across MMI (Müller Milk & Ingredients). This role offers a unique opportunity to challenge yourself and contribute to a variety of meaningful projects that will directly impact our employees and business.

Who is best suited to the role?

• You must be in your second-year of study due to take a placement year as part of your degree with a relevant background.
• HR Records and Reporting: Maintain and ensure accuracy of HR records, assist with regular people metrics, and provide reporting support as required.
• Project Management: Lead and collaborate in HR projects, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and deliverables.
• Interest in Commercial Law: A genuine curiosity about how law supports business operations.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy and care in reviewing documents and data.
