No previous recruitment experience is required, as we have a unique way of recruiting to meet our clients' needs and therefore will teach you everything that you need to know.

What is the role?

As an Early Careers Recruitment Account Manager, you will play a vital role in leading graduate, intern, and apprentice recruitment campaigns for top-tier clients across a variety of industries.

This is an end-to-end recruitment role where you will manage the entire process, from strategy development and marketing to candidate selection, assessment centre facilitation, and client relationship management. You will have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, ensuring their recruitment needs are met while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Own and manage multiple client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategy, attraction methods, and selection processes.
  • Lead client briefing meetings, gathering essential role requirements and ensuring alignment with their hiring goals.
  • Regularly update clients on campaign progress, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Present weekly reports on campaign performance, application trends, and engagement metrics.

Campaign Planning & Attraction Strategy

  • Design and execute bespoke recruitment campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and marketing content to attract top candidates.
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-impact recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and utilise targeted attraction channels, including university partnerships, social media, job boards, and student communities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise reach and engagement.

Candidate Selection & Screening

  • Design and implement efficient and effective selection processes tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct high-volume screening and shortlisting of applications, ensuring the best talent is identified.
  • Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Lead telephone and video interviews, assessing candidates against role criteria.
  • Support clients with assessment centre design and facilitation, ensuring candidates are fully prepared.

Team & Resource Management

  • Supervise and coordinate additional resource support from Associates and team members.
  • Audit and quality-check work completed by Associates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
  • Provide clear campaign handovers, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient delivery.

Data, Reporting & Problem-Solving

  • Track all campaign data, maintaining accurate records of applications, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare and present weekly data reports to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Identify innovative solutions to recruitment challenges, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and recruitment industry insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Represent Sanctuary Graduates at careers fairs, networking events, and university engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, efficiency, and organisation to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Adapt and remain flexible during peak recruitment periods, working extra hours when required (but finish at 3 pm on Fridays in the summer to make up for it)
