What is the role  

Could you be the next Digital Sales Manager to join a team of senior and junior professionals, the role entails: 

  • You will evolve in a multi-company and challenging context. 

  • You will be attached to the office in London with the Finance team! 

  • This is your chance to get involved in a Business Developer role.  

  • You will become an expert in the recruiter profession. 

  • Great chance for entrepreneurship. 

  • You will spend the first 12 months of the role in a recruitment role, therefore a willingness to learn is important as you will have exposure to marketing, administration, communications and entrepreneurial sides of the business.  

  • You will also analyse data and trends from your own research to then present your findings to senior leaders in the business.  

 

Who is suitable to apply? 

  • Full Right to Work: You must have the Full Right to Work in the UK to apply.
  • Graduate with a master’s degree (MSC) in the following ideally but also open to any degree background: Business, Finance, Economics.  

  • You must have graduated in the years 2022 to 2024.  

  • You must be a Junior or an individual with some initial experience in sales and recruitment. 

  • You must have a strong passion and LOVE for sales and recruitment. 

  • You must be a driven, hardworking and ambitious individual who can display the following qualities: Visionary, curious, inspiring, persistent, empathetic, multitasking and positive  

  • You must be naturally determined and ambitious, with excellent interpersonal skills. 

  • You must be a resilient individual who can handle rejection whilst also displaying high levels of professionalism.  

  • You must have the right attitude to hard work, with punctuality and organisation being key.  

  • A successful candidate would be those who are proactive and looking for growth opportunities in the business and be able to take on responsibility and use your initiative.
