Salary: £40,000 + Uncapped Commission on all sales + On-Target Bonus (OTE Year 1: £50–55k)

Sanctuary Graduates – The Early Careers & Diversity Experts – is looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth. You’ll join a thriving Norwich-based SME with an impressive client portfolio including KPMG, ghd, Deloitte, Baillie Gifford, and more.

· You will work alongside our Marketing Manager, closing inbound leads and generating outbound sales for our suite of products, with both warm and cold leads.
· Driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, pitching, and closing leads in your assigned verticals.
· Owning your market – using case studies and success stories to unlock potential.
· Leading and delivering pitches, including formal tenders.
· Partnering with our operations team to grow and renew client accounts.
· Staying on top of industry trends to enhance messaging and product positioning.
· Spotting and acting on new growth opportunities.
· Benefiting from 1:1 mentorship with our MD to accelerate your career.
· Proven sales record – at least 3 years in sales or recruitment sales, consistently hitting targets.
· A relationship builder who listens, understands, and creates solutions that last.
· Positive, proactive, and resilient – someone who inspires confidence in clients and colleagues.
· A quick learner with the drive to master our specialist offering.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and a passion for growth – for yourself and the business.
· Comfortable with CRMs (Hubspot or Monday)
· Uncapped commission on all sales you generate.
