What is the role? 
As a fixed term contract, you will support with the wider digital attraction team with screening and candidate management within our Client Delivery to ensure that we deliver strong results for our clients. You will get stuck into real live projects from early on. You could help support the following team:  

  • What is Digital Attraction – Building and executing an effective marketing strategy to attract strong talent for their client campaigns. 

  • What is Screening and Candidate Management – Processing, screening and nurturing the sourced applicants. You will have full training on our bespoke screening and candidate management process and deliver an excellent candidate experience. You will be given responsibilities to make a difference.  

 Day-to-day activities include:   

  • Clearly explaining job details and guiding candidates through next steps.  

  • Communicating the recruitment process to candidates.  

  • You will get exposure to the full screening process and to meet our client’s needs.   

  • You will support the team with candidate management for their specific client campaigns. You will have the opportunity to help Sanctuary build long-term relationships with our candidates, ultimately acting as a support network to assist them with any issues throughout the application process.
