Who Are The Change Team?

The Change Team are responsible for executing a clearly defined Change Portfolio of work in alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of the business. Working alongside Technology and Data to deliver projects globally for Canopius, project and programmes range in size and scale across the portfolio.  

 

What Is The Role?

The role is an entry level role into change within the insurance industry, leading to possible future career paths in change and project management.

This role is designed to give the successful candidate a good overview and understanding of the various functions and tasks performed within the change department at Canopius. 

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Project management support: Assisting in the planning and execution of project management initiatives to drive organisational transformation
  • Stakeholder engagement: Engaging with various stakeholders including employees, management, and external partners 
  • Process improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency 
  • Project Coordination: Assisting in the coordination of projects across the portfolio
  • Risk Management: identifying potential risks associated with projects and developing mitigation strategies to minimise disruption to the business
  • Staying updated with advancements in tools relevant to the insurance industry.
  • Assist the change team with adhoc support and requests.
  • Management information: the production and collation of reporting for various boards, groups and committees 

 

What Will You Work Towards?

You will start working towards the externally accredited level-4 Project Manager Apprenticeship qualification. You will study for your apprenticeship with support from an award-winning specialist training provider, whilst developing in your role.
