We are delighted to be working in partnership with Lantmännen Unibake for their 2025 graduate scheme across Europe and have commercial graduate positions available in Poland.

Working in the Commercial Track 

During the two-year program, you will undertake one-year rotations across various commercial functions such as sales, category management or marketing, gaining valuable experience and taking full responsibility for a range of tasks from day one! 

You will have the opportunity to contribute to delivering sales and profitable growth targets by driving and supporting marketing and commercial initiatives. Your responsibilities may include developing a deep understanding of customers and consumers to create and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth. 

You might also work with the Sales department, analyzing data to generate insights and providing recommendations to improve business activities. 

This Graduate Program offers a broad exposure to various commercial functional areas across different markets, empowering you to explore opportunities and kick-start your career with confidence. 

What will be your Graduate Program highlights? 

International two-year program: starting in your home country for the first year with an international rotation in your second year will enable you to leave your global footprint in Unibake and build a strong network. After your international rotation, you will bring experience back to your home country, or third location and continue your finance career.  

Career Development Plan: Individual development plan that will help to accelerate your career and prepare you for a future in Unibake

Support Program and Network: The Unibake Talent Development Manager, along with a network of dedicated stakeholders, will support and guide you throughout your journey, fostering both your personal and professional growth. Additionally, you'll become part of a vibrant community of Global Graduates across various tracks, as well as alumni, providing you with a strong network that spans the entire organization. 

Expertise to succeed in Commerce and beyond: You will learn from the best and be exposed to Operations or Commercial Finance areas to increase your knowledge and build relevant competencies. In addition, you will take part in quarterly global workshops with your fellow graduates with whom you will also do an international project focused on solving a global challenge. 

What you need to have 
  • Polish and English languages to professional working proficiency. 

  • A truly international mindset – you will have the willingness to move geographically, including internationally, both during and after the graduate program. As a preference, you will already have experience of working or studying abroad. 

  • Strong with numbers and an affinity for financial acumen. 

  • Analytical and project management skills.  

  • Graduation from the last two years or expected graduation date before September 2025. 

  • Availability to start the program in September 2025. 

  • You must be living and able to work in the country where you are applying. 

  • A personality that fits the company values.  

  • You are open, have drive, are a curious learner, and see the bigger picture.  

  • A person ready to go the extra mile in the pursuit of an ambitious and rewarding career. 

  • Some relevant work or internship experience from a professional company will be an advantage.
