About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Contract Recruiter to support our busy recruitment team on a flexible, ad hoc basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly step in to support campaigns as needed.

You may be responsible for managing specific stages of the recruitment lifecycle,  from sourcing and screening through to interview coordination and offer support, depending on campaign requirements. A strong focus on candidate experience and stakeholder communication is essential.

We are particularly interested in recruiters with early careers or graduate recruitment experience; however, we welcome applications from recruiters with broader agency or in-house backgrounds who are confident managing volume hiring and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities could be:

  • Supporting recruitment campaigns across various roles as needed
  • Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Conducting CV screening and reviewing video interviews
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the applicant tracking system
  • Liaising with hiring managers and the wider recruitment team to meet deadlines
  • Assisting with offer management and onboarding support where required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Experience within early careers, graduate, or volume recruitment preferred but not essential
