The Early Careers Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of talent within Müller. Over the course of the programme, you will play a vital part in primarily supporting the recruitment our graduates, apprenticeship and intern programme across the UK.
You’ll also gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including supporting UK-wide recruitment campaigns, employee engagement, and career development. You will work on real projects and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for your career in recruitment. After completing the programme, you’ll continue to expand your expertise within the team.
As a Müller Early Careers Graduate, you will be responsible for:
· Records & Reporting: Maintain and check Early Career records, liaise with stakeholders to ensure correct documentation completed and assist with reporting when required.
· Strategy Support: Assist in the implementation of the Early Careers strategy, ensuring it meets business needs. Providing ongoing support and advice to colleagues and line managers.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise and network with internal and external stakeholders, providers and gather feedback to help refine future work force planning needs.
· Recruitment Campaigns & Assessment Centres: Support recruitment campaign, including career fairs and managing budgets for materials, develop a contact strategy and co-ordinate assessment centres across UK.
· On-boarding: Assist with the onboarding of new starters, contributions to the ‘keeping in touch’ strategy and arranging induction and training for first 30 days to ensure a smooth transition into the business.
· Talent Pipeline: Help managers identify talent pipelines as part of our Early Careers strategy, including skills and talent mapping for the future to feed into other early career programmes.
· Project Collaboration: Contribute to Early Career projects, ensuring timely completion of all actions.
· Development Days: Support the organisation and delivery of development days for interns and graduates, providing them with the skills, tools, and techniques to enhance their growth and capabilities
