The Role: 

Step into a high-impact career that bridges the gap between STEM and Global Finance. Our client is looking for an elite candidate with a Master’s background to join a structured 24-month programme designed to transform you into a Full 360 FinTech Consultant.  

You aren’t just applying for a job; you’re applying to lead a "business within a business!" 

Running high-stakes negotiations with Tier 1 investment banks, managing £20M deals, and unlocking a career with absolutely no caps on your earning potential. 

Your 24-Month Journey 

The team doesn't expect you to be an expert on day one. This structured two-year programme is designed to nurture your potential and transition you into a fully-fledged Consultant: 

  • Phase 1 (Months 1–6): You’ll start by learning the talent landscape, focusing on headhunting and research to understand how the industry moves. 

 

  • Phase 2 (Months 6–18): You’ll take a deep dive into internal business operations and logic, supported by a world-class, competency-based training framework. 

 

  • Phase 3 (Months 18–24): You’ll begin managing "warm" desks with live clients, getting your first taste of strategic account management. 

 

  • Graduation (Month 24+): You’ll step into a full 360 Consultant role, managing the entire client life cycle with the potential to eventually achieve Partner status.

Who You Are 

Our client has a high bar for talent and looks for "Gold Standard" graduates who bring both brainpower and personality to the team: 

  • Education: You have achieved a 1st class or 2:1 degree in your undergraduate studies from a top university and currently be undertaking or have undertaken a master's degree. 

 

  • Communication: You are naturally charismatic and can communicate well with stakeholders.  

 

  • Drive: You are ambitious and tenacious, but also a dedicated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. 

 

  • Languages (Bonus): If you are fluent in a second language, especially French, it is advantageous.
