The Global Graduate Program offers two years of support and development that will shape your entire career.

We have graduate positions for the Finance track open in the UK, Belgium, Denmark, and Romania.

Working in Finance

During the program, you will undertake two one-year long rotations across various finance functions, gaining valuable experience and taking full responsibility for a range of tasks from day one. You’ll learn the skills of a Finance Business Partner, analyse commercial and operations reports, and be involved in reporting on sustainability targets.

Finance focuses on driving competitive value creation with a strong performance in close collaboration across the business where you will work with colleagues from other functions. It is vital for Unibake to drive profitable growth to deliver short-term performance as well as long-term stable and professional development. Finance has a key role to play in that.

What will be your Graduate Program highlights?

International Two-year program: starting in the UK, for your 1st year, and your second year will be an international rotation. This will enable you to leave your global footprint in Unibake and build a strong network. After rotation, you will bring experience back to your home country or a new location and continue your Finance career journey there.

Career Development Plan: An individual development plan that will help to accelerate your career and prepare you for your future with Unibake. Leader or an expert? It’s up to you – you're in the driver’s seat.

Support Program and Network: A network of dedicated stakeholders will support and guide you throughout your journey, fostering both your personal and professional growth. Additionally, you'll become part of a vibrant community of Global Graduates across various tracks, as well as alumni, providing you with a strong network that spans the entire organisation.

Expertise to succeed in Finance and beyond: You will learn from the best and be exposed to Finance within Operations and Commercial to increase your knowledge and build relevant competencies. In addition, you will take part in quarterly global workshops with your fellow graduates with whom you will also do an international project focused on solving a global challenge.

What you need to have

• English language proficiency at a professional working level is required.
• A truly international mindset, you must have lived abroad already, and have the willingness to move geographically, both during and after the Graduate Program.
• Graduation within the last two years, or expected to graduate before September 2025. Some of your work experience can be as part of your course or post-graduation, or internship experience from a professional company will be an advantage.
• Available to start the program in September 2025.
• You must be living in and able to work in the country where you are applying.
• A personality that fits Unibake’s values. You are open, have drive, are a curious learner, and see the bigger picture. A person ready to go the extra mile in the pursuit of an ambitious and rewarding career.
