Position Summary: 

We are looking for a Finance Manager who is hungry, versatile, and ambitious, with an ACCA qualification and 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. In this varied and impactful role, you will oversee critical financial operations, group-level finance management and reporting. You’ll work across all aspects of finance, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy, making this a unique opportunity to shape financial practices in a high-growth environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT reporting for various group entities. 

  • Balance Sheet & Treasury Management: Manage balance sheets and treasury functions for investment entities, ensuring robust financial oversight. 

  • Strategic Partner Integration: Lead the implementation and integration of banking and payment partner platforms to support scalable growth. 

  • Payments Administration: Ensure smooth administration of payments across business operations. 

  • Board and Investor Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and insights for board members and investors, supporting transparency and strategic alignment. 

  • Business Planning & Financial Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, supporting strategic planning and growth initiatives. 

  • Group Finance & Tax Optimisation: Optimise finance and tax strategies across the group to enhance overall financial performance. 

  • Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Create and monitor budgets across departments, providing insights to support cost-effective scaling. 

  • Cash Flow & Resource Management: Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to provide financial insights that drive company objectives. 

 Qualifications: 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with additional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA) a plus. 

  • Certification: ACCA qualified (mandatory), with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. 

  • Experience: Proven track record in accounting and finance within a recognised accounting firm. 

  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities; proficient in financial software and Excel. 

  • Personal Traits: Hungry, ambitious, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and growth. 

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial data for varied stakeholders.
