The day will run and function as an assessment day for candidates, alongside introductions and insights to the world of executive search. 
Candidates will be assessed and be in with a chance of being offered a role at G&E Group at the end of the session.

- An introduction to the business Managing Directors 
- Insights Exercises 
- Sales focused assessments

Competitive salary of £27,000 to £30,000 with the potential to earn an additional £60,000 in commission on average!

  • Sal Abdul; employed by G&E Group for 6 years. Started up the infrastructure division for G&E Partners – went on to be one of the business's most successful divisions. Advanced to be Director at AGS Associates, leading a team of 10. Tracking to achieve £2.5 million in revenues. Sal’s well positioned to open AGS’ first international office in Dubai over the next 2 years. Awarded Manager of the Year in 2023. 

  • Olivia Adams; employed by G&E Group for 4 years. She is the Group’s most consistent biller (3.5 years) and has never recorded yearly revenues less than £350,000. Paid off her student loan in her first year and is now a mentor/ coach for AGS Associates. Awarded Newcomer of the Year in 2021.
