What to expect at the event? 

The day will run and function as an assessment day for candidates alongside introductions and insights to the world of executive search.  

Candidates will be assessed by a range of staff and management and be in with a chance of being offered a role at G&E Partners at the end of the session.

You will be enrolled onto their academy programme after starting a role where you’ll learn the fundamental aspects of Executive search and the market that you will be operating within.

  • Sal Abdul; employed by G&E Group for 6 years. Started up the Infrastructure division for G&E Partners – went on to be one of the businesses most successful divisions. Advanced to be Director at AGS Associates, leading a team of 10. Tracking to achieve £2.5 million in revenues. Sal’s well positioned to open AGS’ first international office in Dubai over the next 2 years. Awarded Manager of the Year in 2023  

  

  • Olivia Adams; employed by G&E Group for 4 years. She is the Group’s most consistent biller (3.5 years) and has never recorded yearly revenues less than £350,000. Paid off her student loan in her first year, and is now a mentor/ coach for AGS Associates. Awarded Newcomer of the Year in 2021 

  

Who can apply? 

  • On track to receive or have already received a minimum 2:1 grade in a business, humanities, or sport related discipline, with a history of academic excellence. 

  • You should be competitive, with a history of sporting participation and achievement  

  • You must be highly interested in business, sales, and global markets  

  • You will be a career driven individual and focused on their progression and development  

  • Solutions driven and laser focused on meeting client needs 

  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to respond quickly and innovatively to problems
