Who is Kinly:

 

Kinly is a fast-growing social impact tech start-up with a mission to help older people live independently for longer. The business was awarded a prestigious UK Government grant in January 2025 and is scaling rapidly through 2026.

 

They support people aged 66+ and their families to understand what financial support, benefits and allowances they are entitled to, and then complete all the complex applications on their behalf. On average, Kinly unlock £5,000+ per year per client.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

This sales role is client-facing and offers an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing social impact tech start-up at an early stage. 

 

  • You will speak with potential clients and their families, understand their needs, and onboard them onto Kinly’s services. 
  • Build rapport and trust with older clients and their families. 
  • Calling outbound, qualified, warm leads. 

This is a consultative sales role focused on trust, empathy and long-term impact where your passion and care will make all the difference.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Full UK right to work.
  • Be a graduate from any degree background. Start up experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Comfortable holding longer, sensitive phone conversations.
