Salary: £36,000 Plus Huge OTE! 

Start Date: September 2026 and February 2027

Base Salary: £36,000 plus huge OTE. 

Uncapped Earning Potential: You will move into a commission structure where most employees exceed their targets: 

  • Year 1 (Fee-earning): £70,000 – £80,000 OTE. 

  • Year 2: £85,000 – £120,000 OTE. 

  • Year 3: £100,000 – £150,000 OTE.

This is a structured development programme focused on outbound business development. You will: 

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to establish rapport with business owners. 

  • Qualify client interest through a consultative process to understand their commercial standing. 

  • Position financial solutions to help UK SMEs grow and secure new business.
