All graduates will rotate across the business gaining experience in property management, asset management, leasing and investment. Below is a summary of some of the areas that the role will entail:
· Business Targets & Excellence: Assist in achieving business targets and maintaining high standards.
· Flexibility & Creativity: Be adaptable and bring forward innovative ideas.
· Credit Control: Ensure timely collection of rents and other payments.
· Database Administration: Keep ownership and tenancy records accurate and updated.
· Approvals & Compliance: Handle landlord-tenant issues and ensure compliance with lease obligations.
· Service Charges: Manage service charge budgets and ensure compliance with standards.
· Legislation Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and other statutory requirements.
· Tenancy Events: Manage rent reviews, lease renewals, and other tenancy-related matters.
· Property Management: Maintain property appearance and compliance through regular inspections.
· Operations: Work with external providers to ensure high standards.
· Dilapidations: Handle dilapidation issues.
· Stakeholders: Liaise with stakeholders, lenders, landlord and other third parties as required.
· Customer Care: Ensure high communication standards with tenants
· Compliance: Comply with corporate policies and regulations, statutory and regulatory requirements.
You will join a small, collaborative team in a supportive, diverse and inclusive environment, gaining experience across various disciplines while working on an exceptional portfolio.
· You will be supported throughout your APC qualification, working closely with a supervisor and an external mentor. You will have access to a wide range of training opportunities to help you develop and succeed in your role.

· You must have a BSc or MSc degree in any degree discipline achieving a minimum 2.1 grade
