  • Who are we looking for: A current student at University of Leeds or Leeds Beckett University 
  • Earnings:  Every successful event attendee that you have referred will make you £50 
  • Event Date: 12th March 2025 
  • Application Deadline: 24th January 2025

Your Mission: 

  • Identify ambitious, high-potential candidates for G&E Group's Executive Search Employment Day on 12th March 2025. 

  • Refer eligible applicants to the event and earn £50 for every candidate who passes the CV screening and attends the event. 

  • You can also apply for the role and potentially kickstart your career in executive search with a starting salary of £27,000–£30,000 and potential annual earnings of £60,000+ in commission. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A proactive, outgoing individual with strong connections at Leeds-based universities. 

  • Someone motivated by results and driven to succeed. 

  • The ability to spot talent and connect with high-achieving students who would excel in a competitive, high-pressure environment. 

  • Have a good reach on social media, group chats and other sources to promote the opportunity. 

What Happens Next? 

  • Once you have applied, your application will be reviewed, and a call will be booked in with the Sanctuary Graduates Team. 

  • We will discuss your methods to attract suitable candidates for this opportunity. 

  • We will share a bespoke link which has tracking embedded for you to share with your extensive network. 

  • Our team will confirm if you have sourced candidates who were selected to attend the event. 

  • You can ask for a record of the number of applications you have achieved at any point however we cannot share candidate specific details with you.
