Who are ApariPro?

Apari are a fast-growing UK SaaS company building software at the sharp end of regulated finance — where correctness, clarity and trust genuinely matter. Their product helps real businesses and advisers navigate complex, rules-heavy workflows with confidence. Done well, that means fewer errors, faster decisions, and far less frustration for users.

What is the role?

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to help grow our online presence, engage our audiences and support the delivery of impactful digital campaigns across multiple channels.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys creating and managing digital content. From social media posts and videos to email campaigns and website updates, you’ll gain experience across a wide range of marketing activities. You’ll play an important role in building the ApariPro brand and driving meaningful engagement with both B2B and B2C audiences, while developing your skills along the way.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  •      Social Media Support: Help plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like LinkedIn.

  •      Content & Asset Creation: Design and produce marketing assets such as graphics, short videos, and presentations that align with our brand.

  •      Video Content: Assist with creating and editing video content for campaigns, social media, and customer education.

  •      Campaign Support: Contribute to the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social channels.

  •      Email Marketing: Help build and send targeted email campaigns using CRM and automation tools, while learning how to track and improve performance.

  •      Website Updates: Support updates to website content using CMS tools (e.g. WordPress), ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.

  •      CRM Support: Use CRM systems to manage contact data, segmentation, and campaign activity, with guidance from the team.

  •      Analytics & Learning: Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting, gaining insights to help improve future activity.

What are we looking for?

  •      A genuine interest in social media, with some experience creating and managing engaging, on-brand content.

  •      Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

  •      Design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

  •      An understanding of website basics, including CMS platforms like WordPress.

  •      Strong attention to detail, with good writing skills and an interest in visual storytelling.

  •      A proactive, team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh grads from 2025 will be considered for this role, however, you will stand out if you have a year of experience in digital marketing, either from post-graduation employment, internships, or placements.

Please ensure that you have a portfolio of your projects ready to share.

Most important of all, we are looking for someone who…

  •      is hard working, motivated, proactive, and is eager to learn, adapt quickly, and continuously improve their skills.

  •      brings energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude to a fast-paced environment.

  •      works well in a team but is equally comfortable managing their own tasks and deadlines.

Working Culture

  •      Hybrid and flexible: Mostly home-based, with1 day per week in the office.

  •      Lightweight Agile: practical processes that support delivery, not bureaucracy.

  •      Low ego, high trust, and real autonomy — you’ll own your work end to end, with no micromanagement and support when you need it.
