Testimonials from the M&G Team

  • Sereena Johal, Central Sustainability Office Governance Manager
    • “I enjoy working at M&G as the culture is so inclusive. People want to know about your background, want to know about your culture and most importantly, they want to see one another succeed.”
  • Ammir Barakat, Finance Intern
    • “To say that my time here at M&G has been positive would be an understatement. I have been supported by an exceptional manager and team who have treated me with the utmost respect and always answered my long and numerous questions. Also, I’ve been supported by the wonderful Early Careers Team, who have ensured a seamless experience and 8 weeks full of learning opportunities. My internship has definitely been surprising, as it distilled misconceptions I had of finance. In fact, M&G is the opposite, the employees here are compassionate, and they truly care about the customers and clients, and of course the interns. I would strongly recommend this internship program to anyone interested in growing their career at a supportive company.”
  •  Constantina Shiacola, Technology Intern
    • “This internship has been an eye-opening and undoubtedly invaluable step in my early career journey. Having no previous experience in financial services or technology, I was initially apprehensive of what I could offer as an intern, but I am glad to say I was proven wrong. The welcoming and inclusive culture at M&G was an incredible environment to learn, develop and get inspired from. I am now motivated to explore how far I can push myself and grow with new opportunities that come my way!”
  •  Henrietta Tse, Wealth Intern
    • "The depth and breadth of knowledge I've gained over these eight weeks is incredible. With no prior experience in the corporate world or finance industry, I have adapted with ease. This transition was made smoother by the welcoming and helpful nature of everyone here. They were always willing to explain anything, discuss their roles, and direct me to resources or colleagues who could assist me in projects I am working on. Thanks to this internship, I have learnt skills not only in marketing and the software they use, such as Aprimo, Amplify and Power BI, but also gained insights into various areas of the firm, from actuarial science to finance."
  • Aminat Onileere, previous Investments Graduate
    • “Completing the graduate scheme has been a great experience, marked by an extraordinary pursuit for inclusivity at M&G  and the provision of a robust training program. The people at M&G are encouraging and thus gives an excellent opportunity to learn and ask questions.”
