We’re looking for a resilient, ambitious, music-loving graduate to join a Shoreditch-based team as a Music Partnership Executive, where you will be developing business and sales. 

In this sales role, you will be helping brands and TV productions find the perfect soundtrack.  

From day one, you’ll be building your own client roster. Attending gigs in a role that offers responsibility and a clear path to owning your own portfolio within a year. 

About Out/Standard 

Out/Standard is a music production library for the brand, advertising, and TV industry. Providing ready-made music that clients license at affordable rates. 

The Role & Your Progression 

This sales position is a client-facing role for someone who wants to build a career in business development within music and media.  

It’s a fast-paced and challenging opportunity.  While you’ll be thrown in at the deep end (with support), this is right for a person who wants real responsibility quickly. 

  • The First Few Months: You’ll learn about the music production landscape. You’ll start by speaking to warm existing clients and conducting outreach to new prospects, while supporting music searches to help match tracks to client briefs. 

  •  

  • The Future (12 Months+): You will own your own client relationships, drive new business through networking, and explore new cities to grow clientele. 

  •  

  • The Goal: Within a year, you’ll be independent in the industry, driving revenue and shaping their growth. 

About You
