Who should apply?

This event is open to anyone interested in pursuing a career with PA Consulting as an apprentice, whether in Digital (Data Science) or Human Insight (Social Research). Whether you’re exploring your career options or already set on this path, this is your opportunity to learn, connect, and discover what it’s like to start your journey with PA Consulting.
 

We’re especially looking to hear from you if you:

  • Are passionate about Digital (Data Science, Software Development) or Human Insight (Social Research) and are excited to start an apprenticeship in September 2026.

 

For the Human Insight Social Research Degree Apprenticeship.

  • Have at least 5 GCSEs (grade 4+ in Maths & English) and 96 UCAS points (or equivalent).

For the Digital (Data Science) Apprenticeship:

  • Have 2 A levels (or equivalent) in a relevant subject  (such as Computing, Maths, IT, Science, Engineering, etc)

  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) or programming (Python, R) is a plus.

     

For the Digital (Software Engineering) Apprenticeship:

  • Have 2 A levels (or equivalent) in a relevant subject  (such as Computing, Maths, IT, Science, Engineering, etc)

  • Passion for technology and familiarity with programming (Java, C#, JavaScript), databases, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

     

All applicants should also:

  • Have full, unrestricted right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
  • Be adaptable, curious and ideas-oriented. 
  • Be a collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, people-facing environments.
  • Have strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Be eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-interview test with Sanctuary Graduates and Apprentices as part of the application process. This is a fantastic opportunity for PA Consulting to get to know more about you as a person, as well as understand your motivation to apply for this exciting event.

  • After the screening process if successful you will receive an email invitation to the event with a full timeline and itinerary for the day.
