There are around 4,000 people in PA. They are based around the globe with offices across the US, UK Netherlands and the Nordics. The firm is structured in a way that they have 23 capabilities across a wide range of technical areas, so their expertise is very varied. The firm has a lot of people who have worked for many years in industry and now have come to work at PA. They bring inside experience which enables them to provide better, more informed, solutions to their clients.

This event is open to all who identify as women, and are passionate about careers in Consulting or Digital. Whether you're exploring your options or already set on this path – this is your space to learn, connect, and shine.
We’re especially looking to hear from you if you:
- Are interested in Strategy & Growth or Business Transformation (particularly suited to those studying Economics, but open to all degree backgrounds)
- Are passionate about Cyber Security, Data Science, or Software Engineering - whether you’re studying STEM, self-taught in coding, or from any background — if you’ve got the passion and skills, we want to meet you!
- Are seeking Graduate roles starting Autumn 2026 or Industrial Placement opportunities from July 2026.
- Have achieved or are on track to receive a minimum 2:2 grade in your degree discipline.
- Have full, unrestricted right to work in the UK without time or visa restrictions, and without requiring sponsorship.
- Are adaptable and a collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments.
- Have strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
- Are curious, open to change, eager to learn, and excited to take on new challenges.
- Build strong relationships and work effectively with both clients and peers.

- Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-interview test with Sanctuary Graduates and Apprentices as part of the application process. This is a fantastic opportunity for PA Consulting to get to know more about you as a person, as well as understand your motivation to apply for this exciting event.
