As an Early Careers Recruitment Account Manager, you will be allocated to your own clients and will be responsible for the campaign planning – attraction and marketing strategy, selection process, client management, and assessment centre design and facilitation.
Your clients’ and candidates’ experience will be at the heart of everything that you do and you will be driven to always provide a strong return on investment for our clients alongside the support of the Director of Recruitment.
You will be responsible for strong client management, building strong relationships with your existing and new clients, and regularly keeping them up to date.
Building your attraction strategy and marketing material (for example: marketing email copy and job descriptions) to be in line with your client’s goals, always aiming to exceed their expectations.
Supplier management and regular monitoring of their output.
Preparing for and leading briefing meetings with clients and key stakeholders.
You will be managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and therefore you will need to keep all tracking up to date for all internal and external meetings and have excellent organisation and efficiency.
Designing a relevant selection process to find quality candidates.
Reporting back to your manager weekly with up-to-date application and click data.
Screening at high volume, ensuring all candidates are reviewed and kept engaged and up-to-date during a campaign.
Monitoring additional resource support that you have from Associates, managing their workload, auditing the quality of their work and providing a clear campaign handover.
Managing the delivery of shortlisted candidates to clients and preparing candidates for final round stages with clients.
Supporting your clients with assessment centre building and facilitation alongside the support of your manager.
Find innovative solutions to solve your client’s recruitment problems and always preserving.
Comfortable presenting campaign reports every week to your clients and presenting during weekly check-ins.
Working extra hours during our busy period to ensure we stay on track for our delivery timescales.
A desire to work in a client-facing role where you are dedicated to strong delivery.
Willingness to learn our market and unique processes and adhere to them with good attention to detail.
Individuals with the desire and the ability to learn quickly and become experts on your client, their industry and roles.
Previous experience working in early careers recruitment or client-facing roles.
