What is the Role?

As Regional Marketing Manager (EMEA), you will be responsible for driving regional demand and brand growth across Stokke’s owned channels and key retail partners throughout the Nordics and Netherlands.

This is not a traditional mass-marketing role. Success comes from delivering highly targeted, insight-led digital marketing campaigns that reach priority consumers at key moments in their purchasing journey while generating measurable commercial outcomes.

You will operate at the intersection of brand, performance, and trade marketing, owning regional marketing performance with a strong focus on media ROI, revenue contribution, return on ad spend (ROAS), and investment efficiency.

Working closely with the Global & EMEA Brand Director, global media teams, eCommerce teams, and regional sales teams, you will translate global strategy into locally relevant activations that maximise commercial impact while maintaining brand consistency.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires a marketer who is equally comfortable analysing performance metrics, activating retail partnerships, and delivering premium consumer experiences.

The role is based in Amsterdam, with travel required approximately every other week for customer visits and internal meetings.

Role Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Activation

·        Lead regional execution of global brand campaigns, ensuring precision targeting and strong commercial impact.

·        Translate global brand and media strategies into locally relevant, high-performing marketing activations.

·        Ensure consistent and premium brand execution across all consumer touchpoints.

·        Adapt and deploy consumer-centric messaging, content, and creative assets across regional markets.

Performance Marketing & Media Management

·        Drive demand across owned channels, retail platforms, and eCommerce ecosystems.

·        Own regional media performance, optimising campaigns to maximise ROI and efficiency.

·        Analyse campaign results and performance metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.

·        Prioritise marketing investments based on commercial opportunities and measurable business outcomes.

Trade Marketing & Retail Activation

·        Develop and execute joint trade marketing programmes with priority retail partners.

·        Align marketing activities with consumer insights, category priorities, and commercial objectives.

·        Deliver impactful in-store, digital, and omnichannel activations that strengthen brand presence and drive sales.

·        Lead the rollout and optimisation of branded fixtures, POS materials, and retail environments.

eCommerce & Digital Growth

·        Improve product visibility, content quality, SEO readiness, and conversion performance across retail and eCommerce platforms.

·        Identify opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, and sell-through.

·        Ensure regional website content, messaging, UX, and brand expression are aligned with global standards.

·        Drive accountability for website performance and ongoing optimisation.

Partnerships, Influencers & Events

·        Lead influencer marketing, partnership, and product seeding initiatives targeting key consumer audiences.

·        Manage Stokke’s presence at priority consumer and trade events.

·        Deliver insight-led experiences that are commercially effective and aligned with brand objectives.

Collaboration & Strategic Insight

·        Work closely with global brand, media, creative, eCommerce, and regional sales teams.

·        Provide regional market insights to support future brand, product, and activation strategies.

·        Partner with account managers and retail partners to deliver marketing campaigns aligned to promotional calendars and launch plans.

·        Ensure all marketing activities are executed on time, on brand, and in line with partner requirements.

 

Who is suitable to Apply?

·        6+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within premium consumer goods, design-led brands, or global organisations.

·        Proven experience building and managing premium brands across multiple markets.

·        Strong track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns and projects.

·        Experience executing highly targeted, performance-driven campaigns across paid, owned, and retail channels.

·        Strong understanding of digital marketing, media performance, and ROI measurement.

·        Ability to translate consumer insights into precise and effective marketing activations.

·        Proven success partnering with sales teams and retail partners to drive commercial outcomes.

·        Experience in trade marketing, retail activation, and performance marketing.

·        Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·        Skilled at collaborating across global, regional, and cross-functional teams.

·        Commercially minded, data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

·        Experience managing events and in-store fixture projects is advantageous.

·        Strong understanding of the Nordic and Benelux retail and eCommerce landscape is preferred.

·        Comfortable working remotely and managing stakeholders across different locations.

·        Fluent in English.

·        Based in Amsterdam with the ability to travel approximately every other week.
