We are currently recruiting for five ambitious Junior Sales Consultants to join the business’s dynamic sales team, based in North London. The role has a clear progression pathway, initially focussing on candidate research and recruitment while undergoing training to move into a client-facing sales position.

The most successful salespeople will have the opportunity to become Partners, gaining access to company stock granted annually based on a transparent assessment of contribution. Within the sales team, there are currently three Partners, all of whom came through the graduate programme, and two more are expected to be promoted in 2025.
