Our client is a leading global technology services consultancy that operates at the forefront of capital markets technology, focusing on optimising their trading and risk management infrastructure. The company has an ongoing commitment to growth in terms of client acquisition, geographical reach, and evolution of their lines of business and service catalogue.

We are currently recruiting for five ambitious Junior Sales Consultants to join the business’s dynamic sales team, based in North London. The role has a clear progression pathway, initially focussing on candidate research and recruitment while undergoing training to move into a client-facing sales position.

  • Successful sales consultants will be exceptional communicators with natural confidence in person-to-person interactions—ranging from phone calls to meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • We want sales consultants who possess engaging and personable qualities. Charisma, likability, and an ability to build meaningful relationships based on respect and trust are critical.

  • You should have both the desire and ability to learn. The role involves immersion into the complexities of financial markets, technologies, services, consulting, and sales.
  • Ideal candidates will hold a first-class or 2:1 degree from Russell Group or internationally equivalent universities. Real-world experience in technical sales or a related discipline is highly desirable.

 

The most successful salespeople will have the opportunity to become Partners, gaining access to company stock granted annually based on a transparent assessment of contribution. Within the sales team, there are currently three Partners, all of whom came through the graduate programme, and two more are expected to be promoted in 2025. The sky is the limit for the most ambitious and driven candidates!
