What is an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist?
eXalt is looking for an ambitious, high-energy recruiter with the drive to become a Talent Acquisition Specialist, joining the client's brand-new Farringdon hub.
This is the perfect "step-up" for a recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience who wants to move in-house and learn how to build a company from the ground up. You will join as a core member of our early London team and be part of the success story.
Your Mission
From day one, you will work closely with leadership to identify and headhunt the top 2% of digital talent in Financial Services to scale the UK presence at pace. You aren’t just filling seats; you are mastering the art of headhunting and networking to forge the culture of our brand-new Farringdon office.

Candidates must have:
- Degree: A Bachelor’s degree from a top-performing university (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 1 year in recruitment (any sector). We want someone who understands the basics but is hungry to learn more.
- Work status: Full right to work in the UK.
- Location & availability: Able to work 5 days a week in the Farringdon, London office and start immediately.
