The two year graduate programme will provide the candidate with a thorough knowledge of all of aspects of all production related activities at the station.

The programme will include a number of objectives for each placement and the candidate will be expected to prepare presentations demonstrating how these were delivered and the key learning points.
Provide support, development and training of main O&M application processes, including Procurement and Finance, predominantly but not exclusively for Immingham ICHP.
Support process safety initiatives across the Business.
Understand User needs and requirements, liaising with main stakeholders to develop business requirements, work with suppliers to manage projects through to completion once approved.
Support continuous improvement to Business process where managed through the applications.
Develop and refine Business metrics through KPI’s where relevant to the applications.
Provide first line support to Immingham site across the application portfolio.
Studying a Degree in a relevant subject.
Ability to handle multiple work projects running together as the business need arises.
A positive 'can do' mentality, self-motivated, setting the right behaviours.
An ability to think laterally and flexibly to deliver solutions and a 'process driven' focus to delivery.
Good communication skills, able to interact effectively with Contractors, senior management and other external stakeholders.
Desire to learn about the UK power market.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
Advanced MS Office skills with the ability to analyse and manipulate data sets.
Valid Driving License.
